Booking and Payment Terms:

• A 50% advance payment is required at booking to confirm.

• Remaining 50% due at check-in.

• Cash, UPI, Bank Transfers (NEFT/IMPS) are preferable.

• Payments via cards, Gateway Links incur a non-refundable 5% transaction fee.
   

Cancellation Policy:
Peak Season (21 Dec  –5 Jan 20XX; 15 Apr–10 Jul 20XX):

• Free cancellation >14 days before check-in (12:00 PM IST).

• 100% charge if cancelled within 14 days.

• No amendments allowed within 14 days.

• 5% transaction fee non-refundable on cancellations made via credit cards or gateway payments.
   

Lean Season (10 Jul–20 Dec 20XX; 6 Jan–14 Apr 20XX):

• Free cancellation >7 days before check-in.

• 100% charge if cancelled within 7 days.

• No amendments allowed within 7 days.

• 5% transaction fee non-refundable on cancellations made via credit cards or gateway payments.
   

Emergency Cancellations:

• Valid emergencies (medical, travel restrictions) require proof emailed to reservations.

• Verified cases qualify for credit notes valid 12 months from issue, applied to future bookings.
   

General Terms:

• Refunds, if applicable, processed within 7–10 business days via original payment method.

• All cancellations and changes must be submitted in writing to the official reservation email.

• Resort reserves the right to amend policies without prior notice under exceptional circumstances.
   

Additional Conditions:

• Standard check-in 12:00 PM IST; check-out 11:00 AM IST.

• Guests responsible for damages have to pay penalty.

• Early departure/no-shows charged in full.

• Pets allowed with prior notification as per policy.

• The resort may refuse or cancel bookings at its discretion.
